ISO 27001 is an international standard that sets out the requirements for an information security management system (ISMS). We believe that by being ISO 27001 certified, we are providing our customers with the peace of mind that their information is safe and secure with us.

This subnet is protected by Cloudflare, which acts as our content delivery network (CDN) and Web Application Firewall (WAF).

Data hosting and storage

We take your data privacy seriously. We store your data in secure facilities and protect it with industry-leading security measures. Our infrastructure is managed on the cloud using Amazon Web Services.

Data erasure

Upon the completion of any projects, the Personally Identifiable Information (PII) within the database will be removed by the end of the quarter which the project end date falls under.

We use a layered approach to protect our infrastructure. Our Web Application Firewall and DDOS prevention system ensures the system is safe from attacks and undesired entry.

We are committed to providing our customers with a secure platform and we take employee security seriously. We conduct background checks, require confidentiality agreements, and use mobile device management to secure employee devices.
